The Quest For a Healthier...and Skinnier Me...
#gghealthkwest 40 minutes on the bike this afternoon. Then had my first official bowl! I had a custom bowl with Chicken, Dragon Salt, Black Pepper, Broccoli, Cabbage, Spinach, Snap Peas, Mongo BBQ, Brown Rice, Squash & Zucchini and only 370.5 calories~ Chris and Nicole were awesome! I haven’t checked in for a bit… I’ve been in the hospital for a stint… I have an enlarged heart…. Luckily because I started changing my ways a year and a half ago… It’s minor… But my blood pressure is bad… May be going back to the hospital… So please pray that this dissipates and fast….

Found myself depressed today.....
I really had a great day...
So I just don't get it....
Just being around my husband sometimes makes me feel like I am drowning....
He talks and I just wanna shoot myself....
He says the meanest shit all the time....
This last week I shoveled and moved 200 pounds of dirt by myself....
While he sat in the house on his ass....
He heard me say I wish my dad was still here....
He would help me....
His reply.. Well...he isn't here anymore and you can't bring him back can you?
My response... I wish you had died instead of him...at least he loved me....u douchebag....!
Then it was back to shoveling by myself...
He says hurtful stuff like that all the time....
I dunno whether its just because hes an asshole...or whether he's just the dumb shitbird on the face of the planet.....
