Birthday
I used to get excited about my birthday. My mom threw the best parties….   Costume birthday parties, let’s make a mess parties….   She was the bomb! Now…  I dread birthdays… They are still fun….  But this will be my 2nd birthday without my dad….and my first without my GG…  Plus..I am turning 36….  My friends are supposed to take me out...

The Quest For a Healthier...and Skinnier Me...
#gghealthkwest 40 minutes on the bike this afternoon. Then had my first official bowl! I had a custom bowl with Chicken, Dragon Salt, Black Pepper, Broccoli, Cabbage, Spinach, Snap Peas, Mongo BBQ, Brown Rice, Squash & Zucchini and only 370.5 calories~ Chris and Nicole were awesome! I haven’t checked in for a bit… I’ve been in the hospital for a stint… I have an enlarged heart…. Luckily because I started changing my ways a year and a half ago… It’s minor… But my blood pressure is bad… May be going back to the hospital… So please pray that this dissipates and fast….
